@@MattCarves I thought I already answered, but I can't find the comment. I meant that I had plundered the chuck of the Dremel stylo 😅, but in any case yes, I was able to make small sculptures with the stylo, but it took me hours

HI. a few days ago in one of your live shows I saw that you used a wrench to tighten the classic dremel clamp. you said it was because you couldn't find the original key anymore, but honestly I find it much smarter to use a normal one. for the simple reason that a normal one is much thicker, and will tend to wear less on the old dremel clamp. unfortunately I bought a 10 mm wrench, but it seems too large, perhaps the measurement is in inches, I think it measures approximately 9.5 mm. I would like to buy a key in inches, can you tell me exactly which measurement it corresponds to? whether it is the exact size of the clamp, if it is too large it will tend to wear out sooner. Thank you.

Sounds frustrating. Sounds like either the shafts on the bits are uneven or the shaft within the dremel is worn and is uneven.

@@MattCarves the bits being flexed is the first thing ive tough, so grab a piece of glass and let them roll, all were straight at can be, the collets wiggle is less notorious buts the same, the only way the bits dont wiggle is if are placed like 15mm of the mouth it has less than a year of use, and started happening exactly today

@@MattCarves ~ I should probably clarify, that because I am metis, (Cree & Iroquois) my style is influenced by the First Nations work. The totem poles vary in styles but they hold stories and meaning, very awesome creations. West coast Canada has some beautiful examples , & there are many totems on Vancouver island. (Where I live) Anyhoo,, I try to emulate the Werk of the ancestors.. ✨🪶 ✨
